The Campaign will run from 4 September 2024 (11:00 AM) to 6 September 2024 (11:59 PM) Halogen reserves the right to extend or end the Campaign earlier or later than 6 September 2024 (11.59 PM) (“Campaign Period”).
Eligible Participants
The Campaign can not be combined with any other promotional offers or rewards.
The Campaign is open to applicants who meet the following criteria:
Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
Applicant is an existing investor or first-time investor for Halogen.
Applicant is classified as a Sophisticated Investor defined by Securities Commission Malaysia in this document
Applicants must subsequently invest a minimum of RM10,000 into any of the Eligible Halogen Funds (as defined below) during the Campaign Period (“Qualifying Investment”) and subsequently does not redeem or switch any units, whether partial or full from the start of the Campaign Period until 31 December 2024 (“Holding Period”).
Eligible Halogen Funds
Eligible Funds for the Campaign includes:
Halogen Shariah Bitcoin Fund or “HSBTCF”.
Halogen Shariah Ethereum Fund or “HSETHF”.
Halogen Shariah Crypto Titans Fund or “HSCTF”.
Ineligible Participants
Applicant is a permanent and contract employee of Halogen Capital.
Applicants who make an investment before or after the Campaign Period.
Applicants who make a redemption or switch units of the Eligible Halogen Fund, whether partial or full, during the Holding Period.
Campaign Bonus Reward
Only Eligible Applicants who meet all criteria listed in Clause 2 shall be referred to as “Qualified Investors”.
Each Qualified Investor in the campaign is eligible to receive a bonus reward, capped at RM 20 (“Bonus Units”) in the form of units for our Halogen Shariah Bitcoin Fund, for their investment into the Eligible Funds, subject to the overall campaign conditions and limits.
Qualified Investors have the option to invest an amount greater than the Qualifying Investment should they choose to do so, however such amount above the Qualifying Investment amount does not qualify for additional bonus units.
Qualified Investors who subsequently choose to make additional investments in the Eligible Halogen Funds during or after the Campaign Period will not disqualify from receiving the Bonus Units.
Bonus Units will be distributed into the Qualified Investor’s Halogen account by 1 January 2025.
The term “Unit” or “Units” is defined in the respective Eligible Halogen Funds Investment Memorandum. Applicants should refer to this document to understand the specifics of what “Units” represent in the context of this Campaign.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Investors/Participants hereby consent to the use of their personal information in accordance with Halogen’s Personal Data and Privacy Notice
Any non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions at any stage may result in disqualification of the investors from the Campaign. Halogen reserves the right to revise, change, modify, alter, suspend or vary any of these Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) at any time with prior notice by way of posting on Halogen’s website or by any other means of notification which Halogen may select and shall be binding on the Investors. Investors agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and may view these Terms and Conditions and any updates on the Terms and Conditions on Halogen’s website.
Halogen reserves the right to substitute/change the incentive with an equivalent value with sufficient prior notice provided either by email or through Halogen’s website.
Halogen reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Campaign wholly or in part, with sufficient prior notice by posting on Halogen’s website as deemed appropriate by Halogen. Any suspension or termination of the Campaign by Halogen shall not entitle any investors to any claim or compensation against Halogen for any and all loss or damages suffered or incurred by the investors whether directly or indirectly caused as a result of the act or suspension or termination of the Campaign.
This Campaign Terms and Conditions including the additions, deletions, variations and/or amendments as may be made in respect thereof from time to time shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and unless as agreed otherwise by Halogen, the Investors agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
