Up to 0.50% of the NAV Per Unit. The Manager reserves the right to waive or reduce the sales charge at its absolute discretion.
Annual Management Fee
Up to 0.40% per annum of the NAV of the Class.
Trustee Fee
Up to 0.04% per annum of the NAV of the Fund (excluding foreign custodian fee and charges) subject to a minimum fee of MYR 15,000 per annum, whichever is higher.
Transfer Fee
Not applicable.
Switching Fee
The Manager does not impose any switching fee. However, if the amount of sales charge of the fund (or class of units) that the Unit Holder intends to switch into is higher than the sales charge imposed by the fund (or class of units) being switched out from, then the difference in the sales charge between the two (2) funds (or classes of units) ("Charge") shall be borne by the Unit Holder.
