Fees and Charges

Sales Charge Per Unit

Up to 2.00% of the NAV per Unit.

The Manager reserves the right to waive or reduce the sales charge at its absolute discretion. All sales charges will be rounded up to two (2) decimal places and will be retained by the Manager.
Annual Management Fee

Up to 2.00% per annum of the NAV of the Fund.
Trustee Fee

0.04% per annum of the NAV of the Fund (excluding foreign custodian fees and charges) subject to a minimum fee of MYR16,000 per annum, whichever is higher.
Transfer Fee

Not applicable.
Switching Fee

The Manager does not impose any switching fee. However, if the amount of sales charge of the fund (or class of units) that the Unit Holder intends to switch into is higher than the sales charge imposed by the fund (or class of units) being switched out from, then the difference in the sales charge between the two (2) funds (or classes of units) (“Charge”) shall be borne by the Unit Holder.

The Manager reserves the right to waive or reduce the Charge at its absolute discretion.
Redemption Charge

Not applicable.
Performance Fee and Hurdle Value

20% per annum on the appreciation in the NAV per unit over and above the Hurdle Value during a particular Performance Period.

The performance fee is calculated and adjusted on a daily basis.

Although the calculation is on a daily basis, the performance fee is only payable to the Manager at the end of each Performance Period if there is an appreciation in the NAV per Unit over and above the Hurdle Value, which is HWM plus 7%, at the end of the particular Performance Period.
